Shipping Information
The majority of products sold on the MainStreetE.com
store usually ships within 3 to 5 business days. Some products normally may have a slighlty longer lead time before
shipping which we will either note in the product description in the store or we will E-mail the anticipated ship time
once the order has been submitted. Most orders ship vis UPS or FedEx Ground but due to the nature or size of some of our
products they may require shipping via a common carrier. Should delivery by common carrier be required then we will contact
you to review the delivery options to best meet your specific needs. We will also confirm final
shipping cost with you for your approval before releasing your order.
For most common carriers deliveries do not include conveyance from the delivery vehicle to inside your facility.
Standard common carrier deliveries are to curbside or to a loading dock. If you do not have a loading dock then we will
arrange with the carrier to have the necessary equipment to complete the delivery to you. This normally means the carrier
must supply a truck with a power tailgate to bring the order off the truck and to street level. Most deliveries of large
and heavy items are done with large delivery trucks with 28 foot trailers with beds set at about 48" to 50" (standard dock
height). These trucks can not make deliveries to locations without a dock-high dock or fork lift. Deliveries requiring
"lift-gate Service" or "inside deliveries" will incur additional handling at an additional cost from the carrier. Again, to
make sure you are aware and approve all final cost estimates we call all customers before common carier shipping to confirm
shipping costs.
We will E-mail you the carrier's shipment tracking number assigned to your order once we receive it from the carrier.
You may also view your order's status on-line using our order status tracking feature. We update your order information
with carrier tracking numbers and final shipping cost as they become available. We notify you via E-mail when your
order information has been updated.

is committed to our customer's
complete satisfaction. If a product purchased from MainStreetE.com
is defective or the product does not perform as described, we will refund your full purchase price on any single
NON-CUSTOM item you purchase from us. We will refund your money upon receipt of the returned item at no charge. We'll also
pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however,
in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your
return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5
business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you
via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this
information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
